We are especially sensitive to growing families, family members who are recuperating, the elderly, or those experiencing palliative/hospice care in their homes.  A scheduled visit to your property allows us to provide you with a flat rate fee.  Therefore, you'll know ahead of time what your future payments will always be. Contracts are welcomed.  

 
Choose from a Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly cleaning schedule.  One time deep cleans are ideal for selling or buying your home.  Real Estate agents/brokers are keen on purchasing gift certificates from Splinter Factory on their client's behalf.  Extended family members/relatives purchase gift certificates for their loved ones who may have reached a certain age where they simply can't  keep up with the cleaning of their own homes.  New Moms also appreciate her home being tidy and clean when she comes home from the hospital too.
